As Counsel in PilieroMazza’s Business & Transactions Group, Zachary brings extensive experience in a variety of transactional practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, technology transactions, IP licensing agreements, and corporate finance transactions (senior, mezzanine, and syndicated lending). He serves clients across a broad array of industries, including government contracting, construction, and technology, just to name a few.
He has a broad background working closely with business leaders and representing entities at various stages of development, from formation to sale, and advising public and private companies on the integration and completion of mergers, asset acquisitions, stock purchases, and other strategic corporate transactions. Zachary’s ability to clearly communicate complex legal concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams has been instrumental in achieving favorable outcomes for the Firm’s clients.
Before joining PilieroMazza, Zachary served as a corporate attorney at an international law firm, where he gained firsthand insights into the operational and strategic challenges businesses face, allowing him to align legal strategies with business objectives.
