Bio
As an associate in the Firm’s Business & Transactions Group, Tim advises small to mid-size companies on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity, secured and structured financing, entity formation, corporate governance, and general corporate transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Tim practiced at a major international law firm, assisting multinational companies with securities, tax, data privacy, regulatory, corporate, exchange control, and employment issues. During law school, he was a Fellow at the Council on State Taxation (COST), a Fellow for the Institute of International Economic Law, an extern at the D.C. Office of Tax and Revenues, a Senior Editor of The Tax Lawyer, and a judicial intern for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
Tim is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin).
