Bio
To help safeguard company assets, Nathan supports clients in all phases of the litigation lifecycle, including providing pre-litigation counseling, risk management guidance, and compliance advice. His practice also extends to representing clients in adversarial litigation, arbitration, and other forms of dispute resolution, as well as assisting clients with internal and government investigations. Clients from the commercial and government contracting sectors rely on his attention to detail and commitment to delivering unparalleled client service.
Nathan previously served as a summer associate at PilieroMazza. During his time with the firm, he played an integral role in the drafting of an appellate brief in the Court of Appeals of Virginia, which ultimately resulted in a total victory for the client in a $15 Million contract dispute.
While in law school, Nathan served on the University of Baltimore Law Review as Assistant Managing Editor. He was also a research assistant to his law school Professor Sonya Ziaja, as well as an intern for the Honorable Douglas R.M. Nazarian of the Appellate Court of Maryland in Annapolis. Prior to law school, Nathan worked in the construction industry, assisting construction supervisors and lead carpenters with blueprint investigations, structural designs, project planning, project layout, and installations. He also was involved in maintaining compliance with municipal building codes and health and safety regulations, and satisfying permit requirements.
