On May 5, 2020, the Small Business Administration (“SBA”) and U.S. Treasury Department (“Treasury”) revised their FAQ concerning the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (“CARES Act”) and the Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”).
