SBA Proposes to Change Two Key Size Standard Calculations
The Small Business Administration (SBA) recently issued a proposed rule that would change two size standard calculations. First, SBA is proposing to use a 24-month period, as opposed to the current 12-month period, for calculating employees under employee-based size standards. Biden Administration Revives Nondisplacement of Qualified Workers Under Service Contracts

On November 10, 2021, the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force updated its guidance regarding the deadline for covered contractors to meet vaccination requirements.
