Bio
Working alongside partners in PilieroMazza’s Government Contracts Group, Kelly provides legal support to Firm clients on all matters relating to government contracts law. Her practice centers on helping government contractors overcome the challenges of working with the federal government, including bid protests, small business compliance, and general regulatory obligations.
Kelly previously clerked at the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, Office of the General Counsel, where she analyzed case law and drafted a diverse range of litigation documents and arguments. Kelly was also a legal intern at a major utility company, supporting the company’s claims department by crafting damage and defense claims and assisting with settlement negotiations.
A graduate of The George Washington University Law School, Kelly was Notes Editor for The George Washington Public Contract Law Journal. She was also an active member of the Moot Court Board, the Government Contracts Student Association, and the Corporate & Business Law Society.
