Nichole D. Atallah and Peter B. Ford
Ms. Atallah heads the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group. Her knowledge of labor laws in the government contracting setting and her business friendly, common sense approach to complex problems, instills confidence and respect. Ms. Atallah also works with our Litigation group and zealously defends clients faced with a wide range of lawsuits and claims, from wrongful termination to contract disputes. Ms. Atallah joined the firm in 2011 and has been instrumental in growing our extensive Labor and Employment practice.
Mr. Ford manages PilieroMazza’s Boulder, Colorado office, established in 2015. He is a member of our Government Contracts, Business and Corporate, and Small Business practice groups. He is one of the firm’s most experienced attorneys advising clients on small business programs including eligibility and compliance issues in the SBA’s 8(a) BD, SDVOSB, WOSB and HUBZone programs and the VA’s VetBiz VIP program. Mr. Ford provides general corporate and business assistance, with a focus on company start-up and corporate restructuring matters and purchase and sale transactions. Mr. Ford also joined the firm in 2011.
